Who we are.

Gardens In Bloom is owned and operated by Jen Raedts who has more than a decade of hands in the dirt experience in the industry. Jen has recently completed her Diploma of Horticulture through Guelph University and has also completed many landscape design courses through Landscape Ontario. Through her continuous learning Jen has achieved her Landscape Exterminators license so she is able to keep your gardens safe and healthy from pests and disease.

Gardens In Bloom will work in harmony with our clients, their gardens, and Mother Nature to create an atmosphere of beauty and comfort.

We focus on building a lasting relationship with all of our clients to ensure they are getting the most from their outdoor living space. Attention to detail and providing exactly what the client wants is the most important aspect of our service.

Gardens In Bloom offers maintenance programs to care for your existing gardens and also finds ways to add a splash of original personality with one of our many additional services such as adding seasonal annuals and container plantings that make your gardens pop or mulching your gardens to give them a professional polished look.

  • Gardens In Bloom will work in harmony with our clients, their gardens, and mother nature to create an atmosphere of beauty and comfort through superior customer service and attention to detail.

  • The Gardens In Bloom experience begins at our first meeting. An opportunity to get to know you, your family, your needs and expectations and how we can best help you create gardens you will love. After meeting with you and touring your property Jen will put together a proposal detailing the work to be done, time lines and expectations of both parties and an overall cost to complete the job. Once you have both agreed on the terms and signed a contract the work can begin! The initial visit is often longer than your regularly scheduled maintenance visits, preparing the gardens for ongoing maintenance. Your regular visits will include seasonally appropriate pruning, trimming, hedging, edging, fertilizing and weeding. By the final visit of the season your gardens will be cut back and winterized.
